What is Double Glazing?

Double Glazing is a process in which two panes of glass, with a small air space between them, instead of a single pane of glass is used to create a window. The space between the glass acts as a barrier to keep hot air from entering a building and it also keeps cold air from an air conditioner from escaping.  Double glazing windows are also draught-proof and  it is excellent in noise reduction.
